Students Observation for New Academic Year 2023-2024
We held an observation for our new students next academic year. What a teacher or an observer might look for when observing a new student in a classroom:
- Attitude and Behavior: Observe how the student interacts with others in the classroom, including peers and teachers. Look for signs of friendliness, openness, and willingness to learn.
- Engagement and Participation: Observe how the student engages with class activities and how much they participate in learning.
- Learning Style: Observe how the student learns best, whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or other means. This can help the teacher adapt their teaching style to better suit the student's needs.
- Strengths and Weaknesses: Observe the student's strengths and weaknesses in different basic skills of learning. This can help the teacher tailor their lessons to better meet the student's needs.
