School Vehicle Request (“the App”) is an internal tool operated by Chalidana Islamic School (CIS Menganti) (“we”, “us”) that allows teachers and staff to request school vehicles. The App is available at chalidanaislamicschool.sch.id/school-vehicle-request.
When you sign in with your Google account, the App accesses your name and email address so we can identify who is making a request.
When you submit a request, you provide the date and time of use, the purpose of the trip, and the destination.
We use this information only to process and record vehicle requests and to let authorized school administrators review and manage them. Requests are stored in a Google Sheet that only authorized school administrators can access.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Information is visible only to the school administrators responsible for vehicle management.
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except for administrative purposes directly related to operating the App.
Data is stored in Google Drive and Google Sheets owned by the school. Request records are kept for one academic year and are then deleted or archived.
You may ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Access to the data is restricted to authorized administrators through Google account permissions. We take reasonable steps to protect the information from unauthorized access.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
