SIDOARJO – As the holy month progresses, CIS Primary Sidoarjo organized a Ramadhan Camp to strengthen students' character and spirituality. This solemn event featured a series of religious activities designed to build independence and foster a love for Islamic values among students.

Deepening Qur’anic Devotion and Islamic Knowledge One of the main highlights of this year's Ramadhan Camp was the Khotmul Qur’an (complete recitation of the Qur'an). Students recited the holy verses together, creating a peaceful and blessed atmosphere within the school. Furthermore, the school enriched the students' religious understanding through interactive Islamic Studies (Kajian Islam) sessions that are relevant to their daily lives.

Disciplined Worship and Togetherness Throughout the camp, students practiced discipline by performing congregational prayers (Sholat berjamaah) for all five daily prayers. This spiritual commitment continued into the night with Qiyamul Lail (night prayers) to build spiritual resilience. The spirit of togetherness was evident as students and teachers shared the warmth of Iftar (breaking of the fast) and Sahur together.

Closing with Social Compassion As an implementation of Islamic teachings on generosity, CIS Primary Sidoarjo also held a Charity program. Through this initiative, students were encouraged to share their blessings by helping those in need.

By organizing this Ramadhan Camp, CIS Primary Sidoarjo hopes that students will carry home the values of independence and consistent worship habits long after the month of Ramadhan ends.
